Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery: All 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii
  • International: Not available at this time

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product descriptions, logos, or identifying information on the exterior. The return address shows only our company name and PO Box.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional shipping protection for $2.00 at checkout, covering up to $100 of order value. This covers:

  • Loss during transit
  • Theft after delivery
  • Damage during shipping

Without shipping protection: Once USPS confirms delivery, the transaction is complete. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Check any safe delivery locations (porch, mailbox, side door)
  3. Wait 24 hours — tracking sometimes updates before actual delivery
  4. If still missing after 48 hours, see the next steps below

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout: email [email protected] with your order number — we'll file the loss or damage claim with USPS on your behalf.

Without shipping protection: file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm. USPS may ask for your tracking number, ship date, and order reference. If you need any of those details, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send them over within one business day.
