By accessing or using the AtoZ Peptides website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase products.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

All products sold by AtoZ Peptides are intended solely for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes. Products are:

  • NOT for human or animal consumption
  • NOT dietary supplements
  • NOT evaluated or approved by the FDA
  • NOT intended for medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use

By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution and will use products in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from AtoZ Peptides. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS with tracking. Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the transaction is complete. We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation unless shipping protection was purchased.

6. Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection (+$2.00) is available at checkout. This covers loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to $100 of order value. When shipping protection is purchased, AtoZ files the claim with USPS on your behalf. Without shipping protection, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after USPS confirms delivery — customers may file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm.

7. Payment

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin on-chain, Lightning Network, and USDT on Tron) and Zelle. A 5% discount is applied for crypto and Zelle payments. All prices are in USD.

8. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after receiving your order constitutes fraud. We collect and retain evidence including IP address, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and checkout agreements. We will dispute all illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue legal action.

9. Privacy

We collect only information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

AtoZ Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
